1. Acceptance
By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Orders
An order becomes a contract on email confirmation. Prices are in RON and include VAT.
3. Stock and availability
Stock levels shown on the site are indicative and are periodically synchronized with our warehouse and partner suppliers. In exceptional cases, a product may appear available on the site while actually being out of stock (e.g. delayed sync, simultaneous orders, supplier errors).
In such cases we contact you within 48 business hours to propose:
- waiting for restock (with an estimated timeline);
- replacement with a similar product;
- cancelling the order and a full refund within 14 days, using the original payment method.
anyMarket cannot be held liable for orders that cannot be fulfilled when the product can no longer be sourced from the supplier, but guarantees a full refund of any amounts paid.
4. Shipping
Via courier (GLS, Sameday, FAN Courier) or easybox per the Shipping Policy.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without justification.
6. Disputes
Disputes may be resolved amicably or via ANPC SAL / ODR.
