Return and Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, without justification.

How to return

• Fill in the return form.
• Pack the product in its original condition, with accessories and label intact.
• We'll contact you with shipping instructions.

Products that CANNOT be returned

Under EU consumer law, the following are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

• products made to the customer's specifications or personalized;
• products that deteriorate or expire quickly;
• sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed (e.g. cosmetics, personal care, intimate apparel);
• products that are, by nature, inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
• sealed audio/video recordings or software that has been unsealed;
• newspapers, periodicals and magazines;
• digital content supplied on non-tangible media, if performance began with the customer's consent.

Warranty and defective products

All products come with the legal conformity warranty (2 years for consumers, unless the manufacturer offers a longer period).

Procedure for a defective product:

1. Contact us at contact@anymarket.ro or +40 734 429 264 describing the defect (photos/video help).
2. We send you a return AWB — shipping is free for warranty items.
3. The product is analyzed by the manufacturer's authorized service.
4. Based on the result, the product is repaired, replaced, or refunded within 15 business days from receipt.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, liquids or unauthorized interventions.

Refund

Full refund (product + outbound shipping if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.
